Suggestions and Complaints

Comments

Woodsend Medical Centre welcome comments from patients, please use our online feedback form.

Zero Tolerance

We strongly support the NHS policy on zero tolerance. Anyone attending the surgery who abuses the GPs, staff or other patients be it verbally, physically or in any threatening manner whatsoever, will risk removal from the practice list. In extreme cases we may summon the police to remove offenders from the practice premises.

Complaints

Woodsend Medical Centre aims to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients.  However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service please let us know.  Speak to whomever you feel most comfortable – your GP, our practice manager or our reception staff will be happy to help. In the majority of cases concerns can be resolved quite easily.  Our complaints/comments leaflet explains the process.
